Licensing & Regulatory Disclosures

DFPI License

Lamare Capital is licensed as a Commercial Finance Broker by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI). License #60DBO-185415. Licensed in the State of California. This license authorizes Lamare Capital to broker commercial financing transactions on behalf of business borrowers.

Broker Relationship — Not a Direct Lender

Lamare Capital is a licensed commercial finance broker. We do not directly underwrite, fund, or service loans. All financing programs are placed with institutional lending partners and are subject to those partners' underwriting criteria, approval processes, and applicable terms. Submitting an inquiry or application through Lamare Capital does not constitute a commitment to lend, an approval, or a guarantee of financing.

Business Purpose Loans Only

All products and programs offered through Lamare Capital are for business purposes only. Lamare Capital does not broker consumer loans, residential mortgage loans, or any financing governed by the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) or Regulation Z as a consumer transaction. Borrowers represent and warrant that funds will be used for commercial, investment, or business purposes.

Geographic Availability

Not all programs are available in all states. Program availability, terms, and eligibility vary by lender, product type, and jurisdiction. Contact Lamare Capital to confirm availability for your specific situation and location.

SBA Program Disclosures

SBA 7(a), 504, and Express programs are placed through an institutional lender with SBA Preferred Lender status. SBA guaranty fee waivers, where applicable, apply only to the SBA portion of closing costs. Lamare Capital origination fees are separate from SBA fees and are not waived under any current program. Program terms, fee structures, and eligibility are subject to SBA guidelines and lender underwriting at the time of application. SBA 504 applies to owner-occupied commercial real estate only and does not apply to investment or rental income properties.

Information on this website, including any reference to tax provisions such as Section 179, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult qualified legal and tax advisors regarding your specific situation before making financing or tax decisions.
